wHAT IS ENAMEL?

Porcelain enamel, a thin layer of glass applied to a substrate of metal, is used to protect surfaces from chemical attack and physical damage, modify the structural characteristics of the substrate, and improve the appearance of the product.

Enameled cookware is most often steel or grey cast iron with an enamel coating. The many advantages of enamelware are based on 100% natural raw materials.

The surface of glass lined steel is extremely hard and durable, resistant to acids and bases, it is temperature resistant, color resistant, easy to clean and antibacterial.

USE TIPS FOR ENAMEL COOKWARE

  • Enamel cookware ideal for many home appliances including gas stove, induction stove, hotplate, oven, steamer, freezer, and dishwasher. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
  • Please read the instruction carefully before use.
  • For first use, please remove the label from the enamelware, then rinse with clear water and dry.
  • Never heat up the enamel cookware without any contents and make sure that the cookware does not overheat.

CARE TIPS FOR ENAMEL COOKWARE

  • Enamelware is suitable for the dishwasher. However manual washing is better for its longevity and luster.
  • Never place the heated enamel cookware in cold water. Leave the enamel cookware to cool down before washing it.
  • It is recommended to clean with a soft sponge to avoid scratching the surface of enamel products with steel wire balls.
  • Avoid impact with hard objects to enamelware.
